No Writing Today, Baby Comes First

My cat came home this morning, and what we had thought was a little graze on her tail had spread. Turns out it wasn't from some fight with another cat like we thought, but she's been biting out the fur all around the base of her tail on her own.

The most likely cause of this is fleas, which os weird because we didn't notice any, but apparently our cat just grooms herself that well. We got her some ointment and drops from the vet. We'll only really know if it worked when we take her back in three days.
